This evergreen compact shrub is fairly hardy and produces vibrant carmine red buds in winter, that open up to form white flowers tinged of pink. These last from late winter through till spring. They then form into attractive inedible ornamental berries in summer. Can be shaped by pruning.
Good for coastal areas as it is tolerant of fairly harsh weather conditions. Suitable for part shade - full sun
Mature Size: 1.5 x 1.3m.
