A good NZ strain of Hellebore with handsome foliage. Flowers are upright, in clear colours from soft apricots to the deepest plum-blacks as well as some excellent spotted selections.  so you will have to wait for the flowers

Dig some good compost in soil when planting to provide well drained root area and do not plant deeper than it has been in the pot. Slugs and snails can be a problem. Dead leaves should be remove in the winter
